In this 6,500 sft, 4 BHK house on a 2400 sft plot, we created a lot of play in masses using balconies and voids. The balconies are situated to the east, and the Southern facade was predominantly kept solid. The most significant design aspect is the floating cube mass which cantilevers 14 feet from the main structure.
